I'm borrowing a mower for the summer for a couple of contracts. There seems to be no power to the right wheel, it turns freely but does not engage. I am getting stuck and the left wheel is spinning. Is this a hydraulic isuue? Also, how do you adjust the deck height. Thanks, Mark
