    Toro 6.5 HP key crank/self Propelled Lawn Mower

    Lawn mower will not crank with key. I am 57 years old and not strong enough to pull the cord. When I turn the key, engine will turn over but wont crank. Does battery need charging or what. Thanks: :frown:
