    Won't run with air filter on.

    I have a Troy-Bilt 4-cycle Backpack Blower and I rebuilt the carb. Since then it will start and run great, alittle fast I think. Untill I put the air filter back on. It is sealed against the block and everything look good. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you.
