I have a 20 HP Briggs and Stratton V twin on a JD L120. Problem 1 is that it seems to be catching when I try to turn it over. sometimes it will turn fine other times the starter will catch and release. Second Problem. it will not start... I get some oil dripping on the right side exhaust but...
