My JD x495 PTO will not engage. I checked the PTO solenoid and it's not getting any juice with the pto switch on, engine running, etc. If i run 12 volts directly to the solenoid the pto kicks on. I've replaced the pto switch, the RIO switch and still no power to the solenoid. I've checked...
