tried jumping my craftsman mower with a 19.5 hp engine and fried the solenoid. replaced the solenoid and now when i try to start it, it will turn maybe half a turn, making a god awful noise and then stop. then if i turn the flywheel back to where it is free, turn the key and get the same result...
