Can get the trimmer to start but if have to stop it for any reason (change line, etc), starter rope becomes too hard to pull. Have to let it cool before attempting to start again.:eek::frown:

This mower has a pto knob on dash that engages the mower deck to the engine. After jump starting the mower (hooked starter cable directly to the starter), tried to mow but when pulled, the pto knob didn't engage the cutting deck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
