I have a 1997 craftsman mower 50" cut 3 speed trans with high and low ranges it has the 22.5 hp kohler commander engine it will not drive it has a model number of 917.259000 and can't find that model number any where

my mower wont move forward or reverse blades engage when needed but mower doesn't drive can't find the disengage switch and I have went through all the gears in high and low gears the belt spins fine the fully on the transaxle spins if you jack the rear end up you can put it in gear the wheels...
