    Desulfator / charger doesn't do crap.

    Perhaps a desulfator used from the beginning will prevent sulfate buildup on cell plates, but after weeks of testing a desulfator / charger on the two weak 75 ah cells taken out of my Ryobi 480e (replaced all cells with 100 ah) there was zero improvement. I have purchased a lab power supply...

    Ryobi 480e upgraded from 75 ah to 100 ah battery pack.

    Wow, the new 100 ah cells are monsters compared to the little baby 75 ah cells! Using my bathroom scale the old 75 ah cells are 50 lbs. each, so 200 lbs for the whole pack... the new 100 ah cells had a shipping weight of 76 lbs, call it 75 lbs without the packing material and you get 300 lbs...

    Ryobi RM480e not operational after winter storage.

    Hey guys, this is a long story. I went to use my Ryobi electric riding mower for the first time this spring and found it DOA... initial investigation found that the outlet it was plugged into had failed and was providing no power, no idea how long the outlet was dead... may have been all winter...
