I have Troy-Bilt pressure washer with a B&S engine. It's tough to start and generally runs wide open. The spring doesn't seem to have any effect. Holding the idle arm with my finger I can get it to run smooth. But if I let off it is wide open again. Also it shakes so hard the throttle handle...
