Hi all I have a Tecumseh tvs120 63911h 5 HP L-head engine on a Sears 917.372480 self-propelled mower. I can start it, but my wife has a hard time with the pull starter. I thought about adjusting the valves. Does anyone know if the valves are adjustable? I am unable to tell from the parts...
