    On top of the tank is the fuel fill and the white round that hous the vent line,fuel pickup,and low level warning light power.I would think both are removable?

    I have a borescope I will probably use to look into tank.I couldn’t get all the gas out, can easily remove tank again if need be. It’s my 80 year old widow neighbor,we are rural,John Deere is usually backed up pretty bad,not to mention their labor rates.

    Thanks.I tested from thru the fuel filter and runs fine,pushed fiberglass fish tape thru hose to tank,hose open,probably will get enough hose to replace all.I am thinking it must be the fuel pickup tube.Removed tank to empty out gas and clean.I tried a little to turn housing but didn’t want to...

    Mower will run with fuel supplied on downside of fuel filter.Hoses are clear back to fuel tank,fuel doesn’t want to come from tank,hoses are clear.Trying to figure out how to remove housing holding vent,pickup tube on top of tank?
