    Crankshaft part numbers

    Can someone tell me what the difference is between these two crankshafts? 493362 and 797018. I think 797018 replaces 493362, does anyone know what was changed? Thanks

    Crankshaft question

    I'm working on a Briggs and Stratton 129802. According to the parts list there were two different crankshafts used. 593916 and 797018. The 593916 was used on the older models, before code 97011300, and the 797018 on newer models. Mine is 96041758 so I would need the older 593916. However...
