    Baffled by non charging Briggs

    I got this Troybilt in the shop that was not charging. Briggs 44H777-0116-E1. Stator output was 28vac, nothing out of the voltage regulator. I replaced the regulator. Still no output. Replaced it with another new regulator. Still no output. I start questioning my abilities. I pulled a known good...
