Re: MTD Yardman Transaxle Rebuild gas tank is in, replaced tank, fuel filter, fuel pump....changed plugs and wires, welded the leak in the exhaust and tomorrow I will fix the auto door locks. then back to work on my tractor.

Re: MTD Yardman Transaxle Rebuild nearly finished with my installation of the used western plow frame and wiring on my suburban, will try the plow on it today......I saved the plow from my old 95 K2500, but the frame and wiring were in bad shape so I got a better set off Ebay.......other than...

I found a quick way to test the fuel pump on those was to remove the fuel line and place in a clean container like a large coffee can, remove the spark plug wires from the plugs and crank the engine over for a few seconds to see how much fuel comes out......should be able to put about a 1/2 inch...

Re: MTD Yardman Transaxle Rebuild spent some time this afternoon fixing the exhaust leak on my suburban, then started tearing into it so I could install the plow and wiring, after 3 hours in the heat, it's miller time.
