I bought a used Toro Z420 zero turn motor. Problem is one of the front wheels will not rotate 360ｰ without interference from the mowing deck adjustment assemble. There needs to be about a half inch more clearance. There doesn't seem to be any warped parts. The axle is not sloppy in the spindle...
