Troy-Bilt Pony (#13AN77TG766) 2007 Idles and runs great until PTO is engaged. When engaged it stutters dramatically and sometimes stalls. Eventually it starts to run/mow great given enough time. I always let it warm up for at least 2-3 minutes before I engage the PTO.
