    cranks won't start

    I have a scags 48" tiger cub . engine cranks no fire . too air filter out fuel in the bowl and pulled a plug and the plug is wet. put sparg plug against the frame cranked it no apparent spark . not sure what to do the plugs are new. ran before it rain after it got wet then not starting
