I think I sucked some snow into my Poulan Pro snowblower on Sunday. The unit starts fine but will only idle on full choke. The motor won't speed up and when I try to turn the choke down it dies. Do I have water in the carbureter? And if so, can I fix this myself? I don't have any small engine...
