I have replaced one of the idler pulleys below the PTO but is still not operating smoothly. Threw the belt again today. I have noticed one of the blade spindles seems "stiff", but turning. Would that stiff spindle cause my pto belt to break or be thrown? All other pulleys seem to be free. Any...
