Drive engages then "sticks" engaged full speed!! Only way I can stop it is to lift up on handle so back drive wheels off ground and bang it down, then runs okay for awhile. I have adjusted cable and taken inspection plate off bottom of drive ans all seems okay on a visual inspection. IDEAS...
