Trying to figure out if I need to replace this carb. I believe the gas was bad when last used. I disassembled it, diaphram is ok, cleared the screen and pick up tube but when I reinstall the pick up, I cannot blow air thru it. The primer bulb also stays stuck in when priming the gas. Is there...
