I'm rebuilding a GT2254 that is missing the transaxle pulley. This is old so no major parts or gearbox. The GT2254 pulley spun on the shaft which it damaged it to the point that I will have to weld the new pulley onto it. My question is, which way does the new pulley go onto the shaft...
