I need help wiring this 18HP Vanguard. This is how I bought it. I plan on using this as a powerplant for a 6x6 vehicle. Someone obviously had their own idea about wiring. I just need to get things in order. Help please!

I think it does. There is what looks like a solenoid at the bottom of the carb. It has 2 wires going to it. If this is the problem, can I bypass it or test it?
