    I see so the long and......short:sneaky:...of it is that the culprit to my issue is most likely the cable length and there really isn't anything on the mower itself to "adjust." Well thank you for going through the trouble to help me out on this. It was driving me nuts.

    Yeah it's disengaged, but I also have the deck pulled out at the same time idk if that makes a difference is what you're seeing or not, but I hear what you're saying. This is what I bought. Thank you for your insight on this. If it's too short then I know what to do.
