Seat switch has been jumped out.

after a new battary and new carb the motor starts and runs fine. When I let off the brake pedal the motor quits. Mower is off the tractor. Looked over the schematic electric pto works for mower. any ideas? ajaxcubcadet The seat switch is hard wired jumped out.
