    R322t won’t move

Where would you start if you were me? Is there a way I can test the belt tensioner? I work full time at a separate job and take care of someone’s yard. It’s their mower, they want me to use it so it’s not sitting. It’s been out of use for a year or two until this year. I’m pretty mechanically...

    R322t won’t move

I’m at work, will get that posted as soon as I can. The belt I just replaced was ordered by the shop that sold/serviced mower in past. It won’t allow me to load pic, but here’s link of exact picture I tried to load. I replaced the front belt, which didn’t affect t the driving at all, but the mid...

    R322t won’t move

Appreciate the response, I’ll look through and see if I can find something that helps. The replaced belt doesn’t have an effect on driving. It busted on me a week ago and I could drive mower fine without it, just couldn’t mow because blades wouldn’t spin.

    R322t won’t move

I just replaced what I’m assuming is the drive belt on my r322t. Everything was going well until I got to my back yard. The mower just wouldn’t move forward. I could get it to back up a little, then go forward a little but no major movements. It took me 20 minutes to finally get it back to...

John Deere mower dies on hill

Carburetor came in today, put it on, took out the manual fuel shut off and my baby fired on up! Was able to mow the front yard with no trouble! Might have to mess around with some things, before I turned it on, I moved the throttle up and down and the governor spring and pin wasn’t moving. There...

John Deere mower dies on hill

i removed the carburetor, wasn’t super bad but was definitely dirty. The gasket, o rings, manifold top were eroding. I cut gaskets, replaced o rings. I took the bowl off, cleaned it real good. I didn’t have gas in my line or in the bowl when I took it apart and I came across a video saying the...

John Deere mower dies on hill

Update: Today was first day I’ve had off work, so I spent the day making 15 trips to lowes for parts they didn’t have. I removed the fender deck, thanks for the seamless instructions, went super smooth. The fuel tank had tons of debris in it, so I emptied gas and flushed it, checked all my...

John Deere mower dies on hill

Appreciate your response! Sorry I didn’t specify, it’s the LX188. I’ve been looking into Manual, assuming the service repair manual is one I need to pick up. Any advice on where to start troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated. I’m just now kinda getting into fixing things on my own...

John Deere mower dies on hill

I have a John Deere water cooled riding lawnmower. It’s an older mower that was left with the house we bought. I’ve mowed twice and both times it’s done great in the back yard which is flat, but when I start going up the hill to the front yard the mower dies. Once it dies, it won’t start up...
