It was running fine except for the oil leaks which was the reason I did all the work. I changed the fuel lines, the fuel filter, and oil cooler lines. If you look at the second video you can see the throttle / choke cables moving. Do you think fuel restriction can cause that?

I have semi-rebuilt this engine. REPLACED: Main seal, both coils, intake manifold, rebuilt the crankcase breather, both head gaskets, carburetor, and starter. Compression Checked good and good leakoff. Starts and runs fine. After about 15 minutes of cutting and sitting there running sounds...

Another thing... I changed both plugs when replacing coils. Then when I did compression test I noticed 1 plug slightly fouled while the other brand new.

I have a Kubota with a kohler CH20 twin cyl. horizontal with 1300 hrs. It's been a great mower. Started bogging down under a load and had a pretty bad oil leak. Had to remove the motor to change coils and crankshaft main seal. Cleaned up and found another oil leak at oil cooler. Back together...
