Other than having to replace whole engine brake assembly, which is very expensive, does anyone know how just the pad could be replaced ? -

Using more than normal gas
Cleaned carb on a Honda hrx217,runs fine no black or blue smoke. Even bought new carb. Same thing. What is going on with this? -

Honda hrx217 runs rough at idle
I got a used Honda hrx217 that starts easy but has a rough idle and vibrates more than it should. Runs fairly normal when blades are engaged. The vibration also goes away. Can this really be a carburetor issue?
