    Model 130292 will not run unless fully choked

    My 1998 ish tiller will not run unless fully choked and some gas goes down the throat! I had the carby cleaned and replaced the gasket on the side of the barrel, needle adjustment makes NO difference ---- :( has anyone got a cure for me, please?? Best wishes Mike! Mod 130292 Type 3089-01...
