AR 400 is what they use on snow plow cutting blades, and similar applications. It would be expensive, but effective

If the person installing the belt knows the information, that's one way to know if it is the proper belt. But if you don't know, you're as helpless as OP. There are pranksters everywhere...

Geez, I've seen 24 mpg with my Ram 2500 Cummins Diesel. It averages 20-21around town. I use hot shot's everyday diesel treatment in the fuel.
