    Need some help guys

That is where the the compressor vents when the pilot shifts to idle. If you pull the line from the check valve it should unload the compressor and not stall the engine when it shifts to idle.

Don't think I have seen one do that. Just for grins pull the small line off the 19 check valve and see what happens when it kicks down to idle.

    Need some help guys

When the engine stops the tank shouldn't be venting. Where is the air venting from with the engine stopped? Number 19 is the check valve. It is very common for those to leak. When they leak it can screw up what the pilot valve does as it leaks pressure back into the compressor. looks like the...

    T210 blade removal

I have the battery HF Earthquake 1/2 impact and a 3/8 Milwaukee impact that handles the day to day stuff. I only bust out the IR air gun for the stupid tight type stuff. If the HF doesn't take it off in 10 seconds I get the IR. Usually takes longer to get it out and hookup the air line than it...

    T210 blade removal

Most of the homeowner mowers use some type of star center so they are not self tightening. When a cust hits something and twists the blade on the star and makes it super tight it's going to get a new spindle and blade so I don't care how bad the impact tears it up getting it off. In the last 5...

There is usually a vent on the unloader valve that vents at idle. The valve below might be the the over pressure blow off. Not sure where the unload vent is on that one. Have you adjusted the pilot valve?

    Need some help guys

Gas powered compressors usually have some type of unloader connected to the throttle control that vents the output of the compressor that is still turning although at a lower speed. If it doesn't vent the head pressure it can kill and idling engine.

Just did annual maint on a cub cadet Z that was serviced by the dealer last year. Had to almost destroy the oil filter to get it loose. Spark plugs were in WAY to tight. Washers on plugs were smashed way too flat. Impact finally got the blade nuts off but had to replace the nuts because the...

John Deere LT150 with a 15HP Kohler Command engine (CV15S) that is running rich

How hard do you run the engine? Does it run poorly? Smoke? Many folks mistake a rich mixture for spark plug(s) being the incorrect heat range for how the engine is operated. If an engine is operated where the spark plug(s) tip is not reaching about 900 degrees F it will not be in the self...

All depends. The fan belt on my 1975 IH 184 is still the original and so is the drive belt on my 1972 Sears ST12. Neither are kevlar covered. I have had JD mowers in the shop 20 years old with original belts and have had 2 year old mowers in the shop with bad belts.

    Horse power on 735cc engines?

Gas Caps do seal out any condensation from entering the gas tank, despite the arguments here saying they do not

My 1989 motorhome with a Qjet carburetor sat for 5 years in an unheated barn with E10 gas in it. Fired up and ran fine. I have customers who leave E10 gas in a snowblower for 6 months and it trashes the carb. I don't know much but I do know ethanol in gas makes me money.

Sounds like one of the old 50's era Evinrude dual hose system that used air from the engine to pressurize the fuel tank. Haven't seen one of those for a few years.
