Thanks … that is really helpful. Pardon my ignorance, but what type of grease do you use. I‘ve already greased via the zerks. By the way, when I put a newly sharpened blade on yesterday I thought that shaft could also use some grease … it was turning with slight resistance … can I leave it...

Gotcha. Yeah, I’m sure an electrical supplier would have a field day with that request. Glad you found your 15mm. I agree it’s annoying when they skip sizes ( or when mfg use odd ball sizes).

In testing the PTO switch I got the opposite results … as I noted in the manual.

So hmmm, if I want to replace a run of electrical wire is it 18 gauge? Or given what you’re saying StarTech is it some other size?

JD Repair Manual says wire size is .8 … what does that refer to? Thanks.
