Discharge problem.

We're still waiting for before and after pictures of the underside of the deck.
Side, front, and rear view pictures of the actual mower as well.
That's a minimum of 5 pictures.
Model # & serial # of the machine as well.
 
Is there a discharge opening on the right side of the deck?
I have a Wright Stander that has no opening on either side, but
has a removal section of under deck baffle, that when removed
exposes the chute and allows for a right hand discharge, I keep it removed
until I want to mulch.

He hasn't answered multiple questions.
I suspect a 🧌 until he answers all of the questions and provides the pictures that have been asked for.
 
Sounds like you (+dealer) has looked at everything (except the one possibility that can cause this.)

I'd recommend checking the tension on the deck belt.

If it's slipping under load (cutting grass) the blade tips won't hit the required 18,000 rpm and cause sufficient airflow to discharge properly. (Possibly idler spring broken, belt glazed, etc.)
Pop off the deck plastic covers and pull on the deck belt to check its tension.

We haven't been supplied any pictures.
We haven't been supplied with a model number or serial number.
 
It's a mz rambler 42" with 22hp kohler engine. I'm sorry I don't text. My buddy took pictures of the underside of the deck and sent them to the dealer. I don't feel comfortable giving the dealers name. My next door neighbor is a John Deere mechanic. He thinks is possibly a spindle problem but most likely a defective deck.
