have the following husqvarna z254f model number 967844901 00. transmission is zc-dubb-3d8c. there is problem with transmissions, they will not move the mower. the drive belt has been replaced. all trash and debris have been removed, by pass linkages work no binding. no signs of any seal problem with the wheels off the ground the transmission performs in reverse and forward and when throttle is increased the wheels increase in their movement. but when tires placed on the ground the mower will not move. any clues

Did you purchase an OEM belt or an aftermarket belt that they said will fit. OEM belt number is 539110411
 
pulley sounds like it has rocks in i. belt tension was good. mower was running good then it just stopped pulling both transmission
 
If pulley bearings are bad the belt will not have the proper tension and will wear faster and jump off.
 
replaced pulley installed factory belt still no movement, totally confused understand one transmission going out but both the same day
