Need help rebuilding a carburetor on a scooter

I realize it isn't a lawnmower but maybe someone could help or tell me of another forum to try. I purchased a Sikk scooter at a garage sale for $15. The seller stated it had not run for years. I figured it would be a good project to do with my 13 year old son to learn about engines. We replaced the fuel lines, filter, and the spark plug is clean and there is a spark. The next step was to clean and rebuild the carburetor. I figured out the carburetor is a Walbro and the model is WYJ. I ordered a rebuild kit for this specific model (from Amazon), but when it arrived it had extra gaskets, so I guess it was more of a universal kit. We cleaned the carburetor and installed everything however gas started leaking after we primed it. The gas was leaking between the primer and the spacer gasket, (primer -> spacer gasket -> diaphragm -> next piece of carburetor). I removed the spacer gasket thinking it was not needed however it still leaks. Does anyone know where I could purchase a specific repair kit for this carburetor or even better a new carburetor I could just bolt on? One last question, in one of the photos there is a light blue gasket between the carb and the engine. It is made of some sort of paper and needs to be replaced. A new one did not come in the kit, can you tell me what it is called? I attached a photo of the scooter. and the carb. Thanks

Thank you!!! It seems I installed it in the incorrect order. I have two more questions, in the diagram part number 12 and 13. The rebuild kit came with two gaskets. One is black on the other is a tan. Do I use both of them, if so is there a specific order. Also what gas to oil ratio do I use, I think i mixed it too rich. Thanks

match what was there originally, making sure the holes and cutouts align. I spent two days once trying to get an Opel GT running right again after rebuilding a solex where the replacement gasket had a small hole that was not in the original. Fortunately I kept the original gaskets and we were able to solve the issue by using the old gasket instead of the new one. So, make sure they match. One small difference can make a whole lot of problems.
