Lawn boy model10734 Height ajustment

My lawn boy model 10734 rear wheel height adjustment little tabs are Brocken to hold at the height I need for the summer, any tips as to whet I can do would be greatly appreciated.

As you can see in the first photo the stud bolts are falling out, I tried JB weld but that did not work, is it a big job and expensive to replace the Chute Assembly, or would I be better off buying a new lawn mower
