Pully replacement

Have a dixie chopper cl3160kh from 2016. I need to replace a fully p/n 30234 and looking for a good quality replacement. There are a lot of them out there, any suggestions? 840 hrs on machine, kinda reluctant to go back to dixie for the part.
 
Any pully the same size will do in my opinion , it's not something you need OEM for , just make sure it's the same diameter and same size groove for the belt.
 
also the Classic 3160KW is listed as a 2017-18 model. Pulley listed is for the motion drive and as a 50" deck idler. Now it will have a spacer that needs to be transferred to the new pulley if the placement is the motion drive; otherwise, no separate spacer is used on the deck as it is part of the mounting arm.

That will get you in every time when equipment is involved.

For sake do the actual research as I do. I learned there is too different versions to depend on my memory of one unit.
 
Thanks so much for all the replies, they have been a huge assist. The reason I was reluctant to get a dixie part is I felt given the number of hours it was kind of early for an idler pully to drop out. I figure if you have an early failure you may do better to find a replacement from another supplier.
 
As with all things not everything is perfect. Some wears out quicker than others even from the same batch of parts.

Even as humans we are not perfect all the time. Some of live long lives and others very short lives.
