Yes they are but as an individual it is not worth it as you have to buy a package of 25 and pay shipping.
Just be happy paying the Briggs price and be unhappy knowing that if you were a small engine shop that you could had gotten and sold them at a much lower price and still make a huge profit.
This why Procurement Officers are worth their weight in Gold as they saves their companies a lot of money and make the companies look like heroes for selling at a lower price.
Just Google the Briggs PN and find your lowest cost and buy that vendor.

My experience has been that most people are appreciative of help, especially when they have no idea how to perform a specific task. However, there are always a few people that doubt, question, and complain despite the help received. Just glad most people are appreciative, or I would have quit years ago.

After 47 years of dealing with the public it does gets under my skin at times. So please forgive me if I get a little irritable at times.
I got one customer right now that simply does not listen to anything but yet he just tearing thing up and having me to repair them. One thing I told him to stop doing is running over tree stumps and concrete blocks but just keeps doing it. I replace deck on week and next week he brings it back in with both spindles broken. After a $1000 in repair he finally stop running over these things.
What I had to realize I make more off stupid operators then smart operators. But I do hate having to my work over and over.

Do you happen to know how to look up the correct carb for that engine and model mower? Or the fuel shut off solenoid? i had bought one in 2021 for 16$ as the original fuel shut off wasnt letting fuel in and it had been working the last 5 years but it recently sat for a year while purchasing the belt and has taken a while to start when cranking but once started has had no issues.
Is there anyway to figure out the 90 degree 1/4" hose part number directly to the carb as the hood closes its a strtaight nozzle it would have to be 90 degree 1/4" fuel hose but ive seen they have both the carbs with a straight 1/4 fuel supply and 90 degree 1/4" fuel supply to carb nozzle.
