Have a 2011 Gravely Compact Pro 34 zero turn I am trying to make deck adjustments. The cutting height is set to 3". When I lower the deck the tips of the blades left to right and front to back are about 1/4" high. The deck leveling adjuster bolts are screwed out so there is no lowering the deck. What am I missing?

Hello Mike,

Place 2X4's on each side under the outer edge of the deck housing, then lower the deck so it can rest on them

Where the cross bolt goes, it appears to have a slot in the arm for the main adjustment, then the vertical bolt with the locking nut is for fine adjustments.

Loosen the hardware and adjust accordingly.

If it were my mower, I would run it level all around.
If you are going to do it by the book, match your height selection to the actual cutting height in the front and raise the rear 1/8" to 1/4".

And know when you get on the mower, height will be a bit lower from operator weight.
