Hi all. Back with another issue on my (~2004) Honda HRM215HXA with a GXV 140 engine. Replaced the lower oil seal and oil pan gasket together and put it back together, Started right up but was max revving and would not slow down. Turns out had to replace a broken governor sleeve and reset the timing due to cam coming out. Back together again. adjusted governor and started right up. <Max revving again. Took apart again and governor seems to be in good working order. Same high revs on start up. Replaced governor with one from a donor motor, started up right away with same high revvs. Governor adjusted properly. Can't figure it out Driving me nuts.. Any suggestions or solutions please. Carb, valves, timing ? Mower ran great prior to all this. Don't want to trash the mower, Thank you
