I have 2 simple questions to ask a service rep. I have called numerous times, left VM, and emailed. Zero response across the board over the last 2 weeks. I'm super surprised. Has anyone else tried contacting Ventrac direct?

Unless you are a contract dealer, they won't answer/reply.

WHAT? They sell multi-thousand dollar yard toys and can't even answer the f'ing phone? That pizzes me off. Wow......
