My yth21k46 mover is not starting. Checked the battery and it's showing 12.8V. I have 4 position ignition switch. Solenoid red left wire is showing 12.8V when ignition is off, however at any other ignition position voltage is showing 0.27V. White/black small wires to solenoid are showing 12.8V...
