Have a 3pt tiller that I no longer use. Has an 8HP brigs motor. Carb needs to be cleaned/replaced. Both turn. Pickup in the St. Louis area.

Got this in a lot of parts I bought from someone. It is heavy. I think this is part of the bagger system for a Hustler, but not sure. Anyone know what it is for and what it may be worth? It is just taking up space in my garage.
