Your valve clearance is way off. Only adjust valves when cold. Pull the spark plug so you can turn the engine by hand on the top...

Don't confuse metric clearance with imperial clearance. He set the valves at .10 and .15mm which is roughly .004 to .005 inch.

It may take running multiple times to get over being over filled with oil. The breather also likely got excess in it so it may take time...
