I am thinking it’s compression release but i tried the little trick of covering the intake so it starts up but it didn’t work. What else could it be. the starter is new and battery is too. adjusted valves too.

believe that engine doesn’t want to live anymore

So i came to turn the mower on this morning and all i heard was a click from solenoid so i do a couple things and end up changing the solenoid with a working one. Still does clicking and doesn’t start. Battery has good charge and is fairly new

maybe but i plan on selling it and it shouldn’t be doing that anyways

i put it on because old carb only ran with choke on

I installed a new carb on this mower and it runs great, but just on full throttle. if you try to put it on low idle it misfires and sputters and eventually dies. Any help? 13AC26JD058

which way is to richen it up?

with the old original carb it had no issues apart from running a little rough and having a slight surge

it is manually engaged

even when i engage the blades slowly at full throttle it still dies. if i choke it up fast enough it will stay running

I got this craftsman mower with a chinese engine on it (420 CC) and changed the carb on it, now when i engage blades, it shuts off on me. I took the belt off of the engine spindle and turned the blades on and the engine didn’t shut off so it’s not a safety issue. i spun the blades with my hands...

i got everything else done but i just need the gasket for the transaxle now, can’t seem to find it yet

would it fit the transmission i have? i can ask the people selling to make sure but just in case my model is t2 abbc 5x1a 1xx1

where do you find the clips? i am only finding the whole transmission for sale and not the clip
