    Craftsman 917.288110 brakes

Good info, thanks very much. I'm not messing with it then. I put the new pad (puck) in the "caliper" adjusted the nut and at least it stops now

    Craftsman 917.288110 brakes

Hey Everyone. I'm new to the forum. Doing brakes on Craftsman 917.288110 with a transaxle and I cannot get the brake disc off. I've tried soaking it in penetrating oil, banging on it and nothing. Any ideas? The pad behind the disc is protruding and I can't get that to move in either. Thanks
