I have an HRC216K3 (don't have experience with the 215's) and kinda surprised by the 4.3hp rating. I thought that the '21' in 216 stood for 21" cut and the 6 stood for 6HP. Since the engine design of the gxv160 has not changed, perhaps the carburetor was the culprit? Going to the parts look...
