Starts OK, runs high speed OK, but will not idle. When I idle down from high speed, to about 1/4 speed, it dies. High speed adjustment is 1 turn. Low speed is 3/4 recommended, but when I adjust out, no change; when I adjust in, it dies right before full close. It will not run slower than...
