I'm trying to figure out how any of this is the fault of the government. The government doesn't dictate the economy and 99.9999% of the details involved in it. Trump nor Biden makes the economy better. They don't make the personal decisions for the business owners or the businesses themselves.

I finally got this beast. At the start of ch. 2, you get a mission to go hunting with Hosea (the old guy). It's impossible to kill this bear with the weapons you start out with. But I got smart. I crafted some poison arrows and explosive revolvers rounds before I did the mission.
